Youthfull is a free-to-use platform designed for retired adults. It allows our contributors to share their wisdom and practical experience in various fields with other platform members and gain new friends in their areas of interest.
Members of the platform can freely attend its different educational events and courses. Some of the events are related to learning crucial digital skills such as self-branding at LinkedIn or using freelance-platforms for obtaining additional income. Other events are aimed at providing adults with tips and hints for healthy aging filled with new hobbies and interests.
We see our educational events in different spheres combined with common interest as the main mechanics to empower strong communities within our platform. Our vision is to build a new social network for adults aged 55+, where they can find new friends and even relationships while gaining useful or interesting knowledge.
Задачи

• Facilitation of problematic and JTBD-interviews within Youthfull target-audience - 55+ aged adults located in France;
• Development of product-related hypothesis and main features based on the interviews’ insights;
• Presentation of main Youthfull platform features to the target audience;
• Daily communication with platform’s early adopters and contributors related to their questions, product ideas and feedback;
• Product’s hypothesis prioritization and testing.

Ожидания от кандидата

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a product manager;
• Have extraordinary customer development skills and practical experience in making product-related decisions based on interview insights;
• Have a C1-level in French and B2-level in English, with advanced level of speaking and business writing for both languages. A wide range of acquaintances living in France will be an advantage;
• Have great communication skills, ability to maintain a huge amount of communication with different people on a daily basis without being frustrated;
• Have advanced presentation and public speaking skills;
• Have practical experience in communication with adults aged 55+ (optional).
