Задачи
- Define and implement business processes within the team;
- Creating, managing and presenting competitor's research and user challenges analyses;
- Draw out business insights, frame it and provide remediate implementation;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical, marketing and business development functions to create product strategy and deliver a strong roadmap;
- Perform all aspects of product lifecycle management;
- Refine, prioritise and sequence the product backlog based on changes, development team progress, and stakeholder/customer feedback;
- Coordinates communication between outsourcing and in-house teams to ensure they complete the sprint on time and do not incur additional costs;
- Work closely with QA team to ensure development objectives are accomplished, user testing is performed, and member notification is prepared in a timely fashion.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Lead Product Owner capacity, with 3+ years in a business analyst or product owner role within the Financial Services industry;
- Understanding of product development and lifecycle processes throughout different stages of maturity;
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise business needs and allocate resources is essential;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
